Fix Admin Logout - Basic Logout Not Logging User Out from ID Gateway

Description

Need to make sure that when a user logs out from admin system, they are redirected to the identity gateway (/web-admin) logout screen to destroy the session there as well. If not, the user can simply navigate back to the application and they will SSO back in without providing credentials.
